At Fila, we stand behind the quality of our athletic wear and footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is inside the original shoe box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
